We will then include an invoice with your product and request payments be made in 30 days.
Online Orders: Online Orders receive an automatically generated invoice. You should receive this immediately after submitting your order. Please contact us with any questions regarding this.
W9: If your district needs a W9 from us on file to establish us as vendors in your district's system, please let us know, we are happy to provide this.

Coupon Codes: From time to time we have coupon codes available. Only one code may be applied per order.
Shipping Discount: We offer free shipping and handling when you purchase two or more books. This discount is automatically applied.

Bulk Purchases: We have added in a price break for purchases of 5 + books. Use the code: 5PLUSC2L, this will give you 15% off your purchase. Reminder: only one coupon code may be used at a time. We trust you will do the math to learn if any other existing code is a better deal for you.
PDF/Online Version:
We do not have a PDF available at this time.
As a purchaser of the curriculum you have full permission to make copies of handouts for your program.
